Easy Vegan Protein Cookies

“Some of us” have a sweet tooth.  Fine…. it’s me.  Let’s move on…BUT, if you’re gonna kill some sweets on the reg, let’s try to make it healthy, shall we?  I found this recipe from fellow Social Marketer and it was a big hit in my house, and my husband is picky.  With these in the house I NEVER crave chocolate…

Easy Vegan Protein Cookies

  • 3 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter (or fave nut butter)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • (optional) 1/2 cup Enjoy Life Mega Chunks

Mix and spoon out onto cookie sheet.  Bake for at 350 for 10 minutes. ENJOY!
